In this role, you'll lead a team responsible for managing high-volume drug rebate submissions, client reporting, and payment reconciliation. You’ll bring structure, accountability, and innovation to a process that directly impacts healthcare funding for vulnerable communities.

Your role in our mission

✔️ Supervise day-to-day operations of the Drug Rebate team, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all processes
✔️ Monitor and track team KPIs to meet service-level agreements and maintain client satisfaction
✔️ Review and analyze weekly rebate reports, identifying discrepancies and driving data integrity
✔️ Serve as the escalation point for complex rebate issues, interfacing directly with internal stakeholders and clients
✔️ Support hiring, onboarding, and training of team members — coaching for growth and performance
✔️ Collaborate with management on process improvements and strategic planning

What we're looking for

✅ 5+ years of leadership experience in pharmacy reimbursement, Medicaid drug rebate programs, healthcare finance, or related fields
✅ Strong understanding of drug rebate processing, accounting principles, and financial reconciliation
✅ Proven ability to lead and coach high-performing teams in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
✅ Experience with Medicaid Drug Rebate Programs (MDRP), CMS guidelines, or third-party pharmacy rebate vendors a plus
✅ Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills

The pay range for this position is $54,200 - $77,400 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
