Your role in our mission
- Performs complex standard and non-standard processing and quality tasks in support of the Learning Management System (LMS) designed for the Medi-Cal program. Demonstrates knowledge and skills in a variety of assigned work processes, including LMS course uploads, certificates, quizzes, surveys, reports, user access issues, and training event support.
- Understands the business of the Medi-Cal client and related LMS and training dynamics; applies knowledge to ensure best practice procedures and continuous process improvement. Identifies issues and reviews, recommends and implements modifications to procedures and workflow as necessary to ensure efficient and effective processing of transactions.
- Performs analysis and report findings. Interprets, audits and reconciles reports for accuracy or completeness. Maintains log records of pertinent data and provides periodic status reports. Prepares standard and ad hoc reports for management and clients.
- Participates in LMS projects and application configuration efforts, researches problems and follows up with the client regarding resolution. Interfaces with management and clients to resolve issues and assists in implementing same as approved.
- Supports development and documentation of new or revised standard operating procedures.
What we're looking for
- Six or more years of experience with business process service delivery and improvement, preferably in an outsourcing environment.
- Experience working with client company product and/or functional area.
- Experience working with business solutions software.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

The pay range for this position is $46,800- $66,900 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
