Your role in our mission

Analyze, plan, design, and document training strategy and make training recommendations to support client’s technological aspirations.
Function efficiently within Waterfall and Agile style change management projects.
Be a supportive bridge between clients, project managers, technical personnel, and training personnel to define, track and communicate training requirements and their associated dependencies.
Ensure that training governance procedures are completed for projects that include training scope.

What we're looking for

Five or more years as a Business Analyst with experience translating technical goals and requirements into training requirements
Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies
Knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Knowledge in Agile
Experience with presentation and/or training facilitation

What you should expect in this role

Must be a resident of the state of California
Primarily remote work. May occasionally report onsite for meetings, special training requests, or other business needs. The office is in West Sacramento.
Reliable high-speed internet connectivity is required
Highly collaborative and interactive team and role
Accountability for individual work assignments and projects
Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation

The pay range for this position is $74,300 - $87,400 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
