Your role in our mission
- Analyze, plan, design, and document training strategy and make training recommendations to support client’s technological aspirations.
- Function efficiently within Waterfall and Agile style change management projects.
- Be a supportive bridge between clients, project managers, technical personnel, and training personnel to define, track and communicate training requirements and their associated dependencies.
- Ensure that training governance procedures are completed for projects that include training scope.
What we're looking for
- Five or more years as a Business Analyst with experience translating technical goals and requirements into training requirements
- Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies
- Knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Knowledge in Agile
- Experience with presentation and/or training facilitation
What you should expect in this role
- Must be a resident of the state of California
- Primarily remote work. May occasionally report onsite for meetings, special training requests, or other business needs. The office is in West Sacramento.
- Reliable high-speed internet connectivity is required
- Highly collaborative and interactive team and role
- Accountability for individual work assignments and projects
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation

The pay range for this position is $74,300 - $87,400 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
