Your role in our mission

Coordinate training events including training logistics and course assignment for facilitators and participants.
Assess and manage the availability of training resources including training delivery support staff.
Support onboarding of training support staff.
Attend and/or facilitate meetings with internal and external leadership including vendor partners.
Lead and/or provide support for training projects and initiatives.

What we're looking for

Experience with adult learning, instructional design, quality & inventory management, and project management methodologies.

Experience leading teams.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and administrative skills.
Ability to manage and support operational change.
Ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality regarding employee/contractor information.

What you should expect in this role

Must be a resident of the state of California.
Primarily remote work. May occasionally report onsite for meetings, special training requests, or other business needs. The office is in West Sacramento.
Reliable high-speed internet connectivity is required.
Highly collaborative and interactive team and role.
Accountability for individual and team projects and work assignments.

The pay range for this position is $69,100.00 - $98,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
