Summary
We’re seeking an energetic, motivated member to join our team in Williston, VT. This position is a Provider Enrollment Specialist. The primary role of an enrollment specialist is to assist healthcare professionals in enrolling in the Vermont Medicaid Program.
Your role in our mission
Help create the power in Gainwell’s processes as we develop purpose-built technologies and solutions that yield better health and human services outcomes.
- Assisting providers in completing new/revalidated enrollments within an online module
- Review paperwork for completeness and accuracy
- Review and perform all provider screening checks and criteria as outlined by state policy guidelines
- Works with the State of Vermont and other state agencies to escalate enrollments that require state review
- Perform provider outreach as requested by the State of Vermont
- Provide training as needed
What we're looking for

- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of all Microsoft tools
What you should expect in this role
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare-related field
- The candidate must complete the assessment before moving forward in the process

The pay range for this position is $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
