Summary

The Advisor Delivery Specialist oversees functional areas or department account leads on small to medium sized accounts to ensure that business solution objectives are met.

Your role in our mission

  • Develops demand forecasts with account teams on small to medium sized projects to assist functional areas or departments in planning and delivering end-to-end services.
  • Works with functional areas or departments to interpret and plan projects or workload forecasts.
  • Oversees and approves expenditures for accounts in line with established policies and procedures. Monitors and addresses budgetary compliance issues in relation to expenditures.
  • Manages complex relationships between delivery and consumer groups to ensure good client relations.
  • Identifies and leads service improvements to increase customer satisfaction. Oversees and ensures delivery of projects meet client and company expectations and needs.
  • Partners with functional areas or departments to integrate new, enhanced and existing service offerings for accounts.
  • Supports developing new business proposals and introduces new technology to enhance business solutions.
  • Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, information systems or related field
  • Nine (9) or more years of support services, project, or program experience
  • Experience working with the technology or heathcare (Medicare/Medicaid) industry
  • Experience working with company products and operating systems
  • Good analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, leadership, organizational, budgeting, and contract management skills

What you should expect in this role

  • Willingness to travel if not living in or near Camphill, PA. Must work in office at least 2 days per week.
  • This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.
  • Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week).

  • New employees are eligible to take advantage of flexible vacation policy after ninety (90) calendar days of employment. Any exception requires manager approval prior to employee's Gainwell start date.
  • Company provided computer for work use.
  • For all hybrid and remote positions employees' Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload.  Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation if hired.
  • The use of AI during interviews is prohibited.

The pay range for this position is $80,600.00 - $115,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
